Ancestry Keys - Upright Volume 1

Ancestry Keys is a sample library for DecentSampler consisting of recordings of a 1973 Yamaha Upright piano that has harsh detuning from decades of use. Originally created for electroacoustic / ambient productions, it has a very warm and rounded sound that can be adjusted using release, chorus / width, tone and reverb dials. It has a playable range from A0-G7. The piano was recorded 12 inches / 32 cm from the centre of the piano using an XY microphone configuration and a Sony PCM-A10 with the lid open.

Ancestry Keys includes 4 presets: 1 default, 1 guitar amp preset (created using Tone King's amp sim), 1 aged felt preset and 1 muted preset. All four presets use their own recorded samples.
